I’ve been looking for a book on Catholic gestures. I saw a program on EWTN regarding how Catholics don’t know what our gestures mean or their origins. I realized how true that is. Looking for any suggestions.

How about:

Signs of Life; 40 Catholic Customs and their Biblical Roots by Scott Hahn.
A Walk Through the Mass by Edward Sri
Catholic Customs & Traditions by Greg Dues
Why Do Catholics Eat Fish on Fridays by Michael P Foley
Catholicism for Dummies by Rev. John Trigilio, Jr., Rev. Kenneth Brighenti

Hope it helps.🙂

You could also look at Catholic Customs: A Fresh Look at Traditional Practices by Regis J. Flaherty, or The How-To Book of Catholic Devotions: Everything You Need to Know but No One Ever Taught You, by Mike Aquilina and Regis J. Flaherty.

Happy+blessed new year!
