I have a good friend who has a great heart for other people and passion for sharing the Gospel with others. However, he struggles to be tactful and sensitive in his approach; oftentimes the people he interacts with feel judged or pushed away, rather than drawn into faith. I’ve talked with him about this, but would like to help him grow in this area more. Does anyone know of a good book that focuses on tact in evangelism, or at least talks about it?

I’ve never read it, but there’s a book called, “How to Win an Argument Without Losing a Soul”. It sounds like it might be about tact.

Your friend might have a demonic infestation
that is fouling up his efforts, in that case
zealous courage and ardent love will drive
this demonic infestation away, just as
St. Raphael counselled Jonathan to burn
the Liver and Heart of the fish to drive out
the demonic infestation by Asmodeus that
demon that killed 7 of Sarah’s husbands on
their wedding night.(From the Book of Tobit)
