Book recommendations on God's providence?

It’s something I don’t have a very good understanding of I think, and a better understanding would probably help me in my spiritual life. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
 
Some people had a meltdown when I recommended this 5 star rated book from the renaissance era, it’s free and only 40 or so pages… The Spiritual Combat by Lorenzo Scupoli (free PDFs online) if you like religious books.

For deep books I recommend Fr. Gabriele Amorth because he’s lived a pretty incredible life with amazing happenings.

God’s providence hmm, maybe I’ll have to get back to you!
