Books Like Movies

Hello. I would greatly appreciate the help of you fine people. I’m looking for books that are similar to some of my favorite Liam Neeson movies, specifically Taken, Unknown, Non-Stop and The Commuter. I read the original novel of Unknown, but I’m looking for others similar to these particular movies.

Thrillers.

I’d suggest James Patterson’s work, “The President is Missing” is a collaboration with President Bill Clinton, it is a page turner and Pres Clinton gives a real authentic feel to the story.

Tom Clancy. I find his novels better than the movies though.

I haven’t seen very many of Liam Neeson’s movies, but of the ones I have seen, the one I like best is Les Misérables. When I saw it on first release, all those years ago, I liked it so much I went out and bought the novel, which I have now read twice, and which I can warmly recommend to anybody. It’s pretty long, as novels go: over 900 pages. The movie adaptation is based on just a few short bits of it.
