John Vidmar, The Catholic Church Through the Ages.
Since there was basically one Christianity (I know there was the East-West schism in the 11th century) until the 1500s, it is still mostly a history of all Christianity.
Dr. Warren Carroll’s series on Christianity. I have only read “most” of the first volume, but it is really readable, orthodox, and informative. The footnotes are like a whole 'nother book. Really interesting.
