I see what you are saying, however, sadly in business this is a common occurrence. The ones doing it get away with it and the ones who have to clean up need to do it or else:blush:Well, it is kind of sick to see you with this mess on your lap and saying, oh, hey you can get this cleaned up…in a year or two. That’s kind of black humor, since it isn’t my mess to clean up!

The Peter Principle states that in an organization, people will be promoted to their level of incompetence. So even if they start out in a job they can handle, they will eventually be promoted until they can’t handle the job, and then they stay there causing misery for all the other employees. A grim view of the corporate world but we’ve all seen it happen. It sounds like Sally may have even broken through the ceiling and gone beyond her level of incompetence.
