First Biden says they will filibuster Janice Brown. Now Boxer says they will filibuster all pro-life nominees.

So exactly why are Democrats demanding Bush consult with them before nominating anyone?
 
They are trying to convince everyone they do. They’ve also developed a theme–they are reasonable; they want compromise; they want what is best for the country; they want to unite, not divide;they are moderates.

That facade is wearing pretty thin though. Kennedy, Boxer and Biden just can’t stop themselves.

Please send e-mails to her office telling her that the people telling her to FILIBUSTER do not represent you! and, That you her to allow President Bush to NOMINATE the person he belives is most firt for the job and that this person should be allowed an “UP” or “DOWN” Vote in the Senate as require in the Constitution.

Please remind her that the Senate does NOT have a 200 year tradition of FILIBUSTERING Judicial Nominees, but that has ONLY been done by the Democratic MINORITY since President Bush has been in office and the Democrats have decided that “Elections shouldn’t have consequences”.
