Breastfeeding without a cover-immodest?

I realize it’s very probably legal to breastfeed in public in most, if not all, places. At least in our state, that’s just an extension of it not being illegal for a female to be topless in public, but that’s not the point/comment I want to try to make here. What I would like to say is this! Just because you “can do something”, and it’s not against the law, it doesn’t necessarily follow that you should, just because you can. If there are those around you who are, or might be, offended by an act that “it is” perfectly legal to do, what does it hurt to have a bit of respect and consideration for others around you. If you “have to” it’s one thing, but it’s been my experience that a lot of “need” is nothing more than “want” and thus could just as easily be handled in another way or a little later.

You expect respect be given to you, Try to show a little bit yourself when you can. Then when you “have to” you will be on a little more solid ground.

A breastfeeding mother can easily make or buy a cover that is less restrictive for baby. Amazon.com
no experience on this, but isn´t this a little unpractical? I would fell eve more strange to cover under a colourful tent plane as it gives even more attention…
That is why I would recommend that sewing it oneself would be a better option. No need to use one to call attention to the activity.

@justmenc If you have ever struggled with a baby who knows exactly what he wants, and screams for it, and doesn’t understand why it is being denied, I think you would change your tune.
