My talk on Comppassion with Indivible Disabilities went terrific yesterday! The group was engaged and enthusiastic! The talk ended too soon…we could have easily gone on for another hour. But the resource list was very much appreciated.

Sadly, we found out later in the day that our dear friends’ dad lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. So, it was a bittersweet day for us. If you can spare a prayer for the family–mom, 12 & 13 year old son and twins on the way–I would be forever grateful!

God bless.

Praying for his wife and young family, and for the repose of his soul, may he RIP.

Congrats on your presentation! Our kids with invisible disabilities have long needed someone to step up and advocate for their rights. Your son is very lucky to have a Mom that is not only helping him, but many others too.🙂

Thanks everyone for your condolences and your votes of confidence. Saturday was a bittersweet day, but I have to say the talk went awesome. So many awesome discussions flowed from my information. Everyone groaned when the bell sounded to mark the end of class!
