Does anyone know exactly how this works? Which wool scapular do I get? I like the crusader/Mt. Carmel scapular.

How does it work to get “enrolled”? What are the steps? Do I pray different devotions, or can I pray the rosary everyday? Is this Scapular qualified for the Our Lady of Carmel enrollment.
I’m completely ignorant, any help would be great, thanks in advance.
