Enjoy it. You should read some of Kyr Raya’s books as well. So much of his translation choices make so much more sense after you read his other works.

Excuse me, by any chance, was the name of this Archimandrite who gave you a copy of “Byzantien Daily Worship”, by any chance, Constantine of Alexandria (Front Royal,VA)?+JMJ
I didn’t realize this book was so rare. I had a Melkite Archamandrite send me one just the other day, completly free of charge

I had one given to me by an archimandrite as well.
It’s a good book, but…too modern an english for my taste and it misses the music and tones. I really havent had time to focus on the byzantine office anymore, because I focus on the the pre-reformation salisbury england use instead (latin rite). Some day I’ll get back to it.
