Called to live in a shed

I believe I’m being called to religious life as a hermit and I had a vision of living in a shed behind someone’s parish as a hermitage. Crazy or admirable?

Well, since you ask … option #1. Where will the money come from to pay for your food, your clothes, your medical expenses when you’re sick? In a word, how are you going to earn your iiving?

Neither. And not practical either. If you live as a hermit, why on church property? Do you expect them to support you in some way? I thought hermits lived alone, removed from people, but you would not be that way in a shed behind a church.

Will the shed have a stove? A bathroom? Heat?

A very impractical idea.
