The UK government has begun its’ consultation on the ‘Freedom Act’, asking the public for examples of bad laws and restrictions on civil liberties which ought to be repealed.

This is our chance to remove clauses in the Equalities Act which require Catholic adoption agencies to accept homosexual couples, stand up for conscience in the law, even perhaps suggest the repeal of the anti-Catholic Act of Settlement of 1701.
