Can a baptized (but not Confirmed) Catholic be married in the Catholic Church to another Catholic?

I’m Catholic, but my girlfriend was never Confirmed. That’s her choice, and that’s okay with me, but I’m wondering whether or not we’d be able to have a wedding in a Catholic Church without her needing to be Confirmed? If she ever wants to do that, then that’s great, but I don’t want her to do something like that just to make me happy.

Code of Canon Law:
Can. 1065 §1. Catholics who have not yet received the sacrament of confirmation are to receive it before they are admitted to marriage if it can be done without grave inconvenience.
While its strongly encouraged that Catholics receive confirmation prior to marriage it is not an absolute requirement for the sacrament.
