If my family and I are Catholics is it wrong for us to attend a Christian Church.
Due to the fact that my children are very young we’ve hardly attended mass in the past few years. We would like to get back to attending church however we haven’t had any luck finding a Catholic Church near by that offeres a program for children while us adults attend Mass. We’ve tried to take the kids with us however their attention span hasn’t lasted very long and its hard to listen to the scriptures while trying to keep the kids queit and entertained. I would like my children to learn about God yet taking them to Mass has hardly been effective. My sister in law who also is Catholic attends a Christian Church for this exact reason. Will I be a bad Catholic if I choose to attend a Christian Church just for a couple years until the children are old enough to sit with us through Mass and understand it?
