As a Catholic, can you date someone who is currently divorced? If you do, is it a sin?

If the person has an annulment for that marriage from the Church, and is therefore free to date, yes. Otherwise, no.

If you date someone who is not free to do so because he is still considered married in the eyes of the Church, that is the sin of adultery.
