Can a Catholic serve as an officiant in an atheist's wedding?

The title says it all. Can a Catholic serve as an officiant in an atheist’s wedding? I have a couple atheist/deist friends who are interested in having me serve as the officiant at their wedding.

I told them I was honored but I needed to find out if that was permitted. I told them I guessed it was not.

I’d love to know.
