I was wondering if I needed an annulment to marry in a catholic ceremony? Considering I was previously married in a civil ceremony and I converted to catholicism after the divorce of this marriage. Thank you.
You do not mention if your previous spouse was Catholic, nor if either of you are baptized, which are important details. These links should give you enough information to have a discussion with your RCIA director or parish priest about your own situation.
