Can a divorced Catholic remarry?

Can a divorced Catholic remarry? I was not Catholic when I was originally married, we were married in a Cotholic Church though. My ex-wife was and is Catholic when we were married and I was baptized several years later. We were both very young when we married and I never gave any thought to being married in a catholic church as I was not practicing any religion at the time.
