Can a house be exorcised?

I was wondering if a house can be exorcised I saw a you tube of a priest being summoned to do so, but I thought only humans can be exorcised?

Sorry I have just seen the next bit, where the demon is lured into a human!

Is this ok to do ???
 
From what I have been told by a Monsignor when I asked about this, he said that only people can be possessed and objects, including houses, are obsessed. He said that a house would not really be exorcised, but more so blessed. Now I am sure that there may be special prayers in these instances, but from what I have been told, I believe that only people can be exocized. Of course, all of this is really just symantics.

NO!!! Are these people crazy?

Clearly what is going on in the video you describe isn’t the Catholic way to handle this. Yes, a priest can say a blessing to exorcise a home. There is no reason to invite a spirit to possess a person in order to rid a house of a demon.
