Can a lay person say God Bless You at the end of a letter?

I’m leading our catechists this year and will be sending numerous emails. I’m searching for an appropriate ending for my correspondence. Is it ok for a lay person to say “May God Bless us All”?
Or, can only a priest invoke God’s blessing? Any other suggestions?

Catechism of the Catholic Church:

1669 Sacramentals derive from the baptismal priesthood: every baptized person is called to be a “blessing,” and to bless. Hence lay people may preside at certain blessings; the more a blessing concerns ecclesial and sacramental life, the more is its administration reserved to the ordained ministry (bishops, priests, or deacons).

Since you are writing a letter and are not in a sacramental or liturgical setting, it would certainly be appropriate for you to ask for God’s blessing upon another person.
