Can a lesbian couple have a child in their care baptized?

My granddaughter is living with my sister. My sister and her partner are lesbians. I have visitation with my granddaughter three weekends a month. My sister wants my granddaughter to be baptized,however she and her partner do not belong to any church. What should I do?
