Can a person like this become a Priest?

So a guy got married and had 10 children. His wife died afterwards (so he is free to remarry). Don’t ask me how but this guy is barely 35 years old. If he has a “calling” to become a priest, can he if he wishes to?

Only if his children no longer require his support.

As long as there are any children under the age of 18 the answer would be no.
