Can a traveler receive Holy Communion without going to Confession?

If I am travelling and not able to get to confession, can I receive
communion at mass?
 
Hi,

Sure, IF you don’t have any mortal sins on your soul. If you do, you don’t want to add another one by receiving the Eucharist in the state of mortal sin.
