Can Abortion be forgiven?

Before we were married I got my wife pregnant. We were both baptised Catholics but were not involved with the church at the time. Being young and unwed we decided to abort the pregnacy. Now thirty years later I have decided to reenter the church. My question is can I reenter the church or am I excommunicated? I’ve been married to this woman for 25 years now and we have 3 boys together.
