Can Catholics attend an Episcopalian Baptism?

Can Catholics attend an Episcopalian Baptism, performed during their Sunday service, of a baby that all family members thought would be baptized in the Roman Catholic Church - including the father of the baby. The non-Catholic wife attended Sunday Mass when dating; they were married in the Catholic Church. This is a complete surprise.
