Can Catholics take Vaccines?

I’ve heard that many vaccines have been manufactured using the cells from aborted babies. Is it permissible for Catholics to take vaccines that possibly have this past? I am going to give birth to my first child this November so I have to start thinking of vaccines.

We may take them, it is better to use one that isn’t like that, but if there is no option take it. Not a single cell of said person is remotely connected to the production of these things anymore (new cells being made, etc). It was decades and decades ago.
