That is: has there ever been a part in the Bible where it is explicitly stated that a demon has altered one’s dream in order to convey a different message?

This doesn’t say that it was a demon that altered the dreams, but it does show that the prophecies in dreams can certainly be false.
*Jeremiah 23:25 I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed!’ 23:26 How long shall there be lies in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies, and who prophesy the deceit of their own heart, 23:27 who think to make my people forget my name by their dreams which they tell one another, even as their fathers forgot my name for Ba’al?
Zechariah 10:2 …the dreamers tell false dreams,…

Did a search on “dream”, but nothing came up specifically connecting satan with false dreams. However, there were some clear warnings against putting much credit in them:
*Sirach 34:5 Divinations and omens and dreams are folly, and like a woman in travail the mind has fancies. 34:6 Unless they are sent from the Most High as a visitation, do not give your mind to them. 34:7 For dreams have deceived many, and those who put their hope in them have failed. *
(Sirach is one of the books not in the Protestant OT. In the Douay it is called Ecclesiasticus.)

This is not explicit in calling the spirit diabolos, or anything, but the devil himself is called the father of lies – and the spirit has the same name.
1King 22:21 And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.
1King 22:22 And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.
Although, not in sleep explicitly, this spirit could obvious have done so that way as well.
