Can elderly people get married?

How does the Church view marriage between elderly people? What if one of the members is entering the Church and the other is a cradle Catholic? Here’s the situation: They’ve lived apart while dating for years and they simply want to be married and live together.
 
Elderly people who are free to marry may marry in the Church if they wish.
