Can I baptize my father?

My father, a non-Catholic who struggles immensely with social anxiety, is growing in love and devotion for Christ and wants to be baptized by one of his family members. He has a debilitating fear of being in front of people in public and has a difficult time attending churches. Is it all right for one of his family members to baptize him using the trinitarian formula?
