If your marriage is the first for both of you then, even though you are not baptized, your marriage is most likely considered valid by the Church. However, because you are not both baptized, your marriage is not considered sacramental. But this is not a matter of concern in regards to becoming a Catholic. In fact, if both of you receive baptism, your marriage will automatically become sacramental.
