People today come in, talk, and make noises during eucharistic adoration. I like to say my prayers without noises around me. I play Benedictine chants on my iPod. Is that okay?
No. Rest assured: Earbuds leak noise. By playing your iPod during adoration, you would be contributing to the noise problem. Talk to your pastor about putting up a sign in adoration that states, “Silence, please.”
