I was raised RC. I am married and divorced twice, neither time in the Catholic church. My fiance’ is RC and she is willing to marry me anywhere. I would like to marry her in the Catholic church.

If you were baptized Catholic then you were obligated by canon law to be married in the Church. The fact you did not do so renders your civil marriages invalid. You’ll need to provide copies of your marriage licenses and finalized divorces for those two invalid marriages. Once its established that you do not have a valid marriage then you are free to marry in the Church.
