A Legionary Priest told me once that impurity in a movie/media can not be viewed, esp. by young people. He says it takes years for an impure image to be purged from the brain, if at all.

Very true, I’m 16 (not very impressive) and I can still remember, as a small child, seeing a very impure scene that I’m almost certain caused many events that have just about ruined my inocence (horrible spelling). I look back now and remember many soap operas, movie scenes etc. that were being watched by other people that I could have done without. I now feel like I went through a teenager’s experience with impurity as a child and now give impure things the scrupulous cold shoulder. And because I’m just a teen, they are still at times appealing but I’m working on keeping my head free of the horrible content that is out there these days.
