Can I receive communion?

I plan to convert to the Catholic faith. To my knowledge I was never baptised but was raised in the Methodist faith. I was previously married to a non-christain. We divorced and I married a Catholic. My wife had a civil marriage that was later blessed in the church but later divorced. Can I convert and receive the sacraments without an annullment?
