What should I do if I don’t think I have comitted a mortal sin but I don’t feel worthy of Communion? Should I receive Communion at Mass tomorrow?

Fortunately, being worthy is not a requirement for receiving the Eucharist, because none of us are. We even admit it during the Mass when we recite, “Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.” The Eucharist was not given to us to be a reward for the worthy, but to be (among other things) food for the hungry soul, medicine for the spiritually sick, a source of grace to empower us to live the way God wants us to, and a sacramental union between the Good Shepherd and his flock.

If you are in a state of grace and have fasted for at least an hour, then you may receive Communion despite any feelings of unworthiness.
