Can Incense Be Used if the Smoke is not Blessed?

The question will always be put to the pastor. The bishop does not micro-manage.
We hope that the pastor and bishop are in agreement as the pastor serves at the bishops request. Sorry if I explained it poorly,.
Reposition and Exposition are defined in Canon Law. Under certain conditions the laity are allowed to do either/or both.
The question then becomes incense without a cleric. I have never seen that done yet I see nothing to prohibit it either. I think some priests would allow it under the certain conditions and some not.
Most "boats " that I have used are round. No pun intended.
