If a gay man (or woman) entered into marriage with a person of the opposite sex with the intention of remaining faithful, open to children and leading a Catholic life; would the marriage be considered valid?
If there is no deception in that the straight person is fully aware of the other person’s sexual preferences and both are capable of the marital act, then yes, they can validly marry.
