Can married couples end marital relations?

My wife stopped having marital relations several years ago and I am trying to find some teachings of the Church regarding this situation.
 
I’m sorry, but you really haven’t given me any information about the situation. All I can do is to recommend that you and your wife talk to your pastor about the issue.
