Can my Protestant friend go to heaven?

I have a friend who is a protestant. She is 17, and a good christian. She was Baptist but now considers herself just a christian (or non-denominational). She is always doing things out of love for Christ. Does the catholic church say that she won’t go to heaven because she isn’t catholic? Even though she is a good christian? (She doesn’t believe in the catholic teachings but she was baptized as a catholic as a baby because her parents were catholic then.)
