Can prayer be "diluted"?

Assume that I say a rosary every day, offering it up for A and B. One day, I decide to offer that same rosary up for C and D as well. Does this have any effect on how A and B benefit from my prayer?

Peace,
Dante

Hi,

You are not diluting your prayer by adding more people that you want to pray for. God’s power is quite condensed! You may not realize it, but your desire to pray for the welfare of others is the result of your love for them. Love is like yeast; it has a tendency to expand.
