Can priests lose their spiritual gifts?

When a priest commits a mortal sin, (example: child molestation) and continues about his daily duties and doesn’t go to confession, does he still have the Spiritual Gift(?) to hear confession/absolve sins, serve at mass, etc.???
 
Hi,

The validity of the sacraments are not dependant on the priest’s state of soul. Priests can validly minister even they, themselves, are in mortal sin.
