Can Single Moms take Communion?

I am a sinle mom of 2 children born out of wedlock. Am I eligible to take Communion
 
Dear la,

We don’t take Holy Communion. It’s given. We receive it. If you are living as a celibate, there is good news! After going to Confession, you may receive our Lord in Holy Communion.
