It really, really sounds like Nostri. Is that a word? I would know if it were nobis because miserere nobils is a common phrase. Only the laity sings that part and it’s hard to hear.
Just statistically, it’s probably Miserere Nobis.

Yes, nostri is a word, and it could have been it, but it’s hard to tell without more info, or a recording.

As I said, either the dative (nobis, or me etc.) or the genitive (nostri, or mei, etc.) can be used with the verb misereor. The meaning is the same.
