Can someone reapply for an annulment?

I have two friends (man and woman) who have been married previously in the church, but both had situations where they divorced. They want to get married to each other so both applied for an annulment but were turned down in the diocese.

They still love the church and are somewhat concerned that something wasn’t presented correctly. Is there any kind of way they can re-submit their case?

They would need to discuss the matter with a canon lawyer. If they feel that the canon lawyer(s) who handled their cases did not do a good job perhaps they could request to meet with a different canon lawyer in the diocese.
When an annulment petition is presented, it is presented according to a specific grounds for the annulment. Evidence is presented attempting to prove that the specific reason invalidated the marriage consent. Should the tribunal decide that the evidence does not prove the proposed grounds for invalid consent the petition is rejected. However, that does not mean new evidence cannot be presented nor does it mean that another specific grounds and evidence for it cannot be presented.
