Can teenagers be batpized "on the spot?"

Can a teenager/adult go to a priest and get baptized on the spot?
-Ex: Someone who wants to join the faith but barely knows anyone that is Catholic.
And after baptism, what must the person in the example above do to take the Eucharist and begin going to confession?
Must they go through a program, like adults have to? Anything else before actually being in the faith? Thanks!
 
Teenagers would be treated similar to adults and would receive all 3 sacraments of initiation at once. They would undergo a form of RCIA appropriate to their age and maturity to educate them about the faith and spiritually prepare for the sacraments of initiation.
