Can the 7 Deadly Sins be forgiven?

Because I feel I’m a sloth, it’s like I choose to do it, but I don’t like to be it. I’m sorta two faced, and I don’t like it. I want to help God and help people, and I can’t even help myself and my sinful nature, not towards others, but to myself. I say I preach and show love to others, which I do, but not to myself.
 
Isn’t it just the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit that can’t be forgiven?

Matthew 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
 
Note that the Deadly Sins are not necessarily worse than other sins

yea, most people misunderstand the deadly sins I think. The Seven Deadly Sins are sins that man is naturally drawn towards but deserve special notice because they are sort of like “gateway” sins. Every sin is forgivable. Just because it is called “deadly” doesn’t mean it is the end of the world or anything.
 
I like the name seven capital sins better. If we are too lazy to help a relative carry out the garbage, for example, this need not be a mortal sin. But still they can be serious sins, if for example we are too lazy to be virtuous at all. But even these sins are forgiveable. I like the words of the Old Testament—though your sins are scarlet, they will be as white as snow.
