My youngest child has never been baptized by a priest because we have no friends to serve as godparents who meet the “practicing Catholic” standards of our diocese. What do we do?

I have baptized my child myself with Holy Water because the Catechism says you can. However, I suspect the Church is not going to accept this home baptism when it comes time for Fist Communion.
