Can there be a Catholic/Muslim marriage?

Hi,
I am a Catholic and i have a relationship with a muslim who insists i must convert for him to marry me. I do not want to change my faith whatsover, but i would like to have points to convince him that we can still get married and maintain our religion. Could you please advise, to him their religion does not allow that we get married and both maintain our religion.
