Can unmarried couples share a hotel room?

My son is engaged and planning a trip with his fiancee. He has told me they will sleep in separate beds in the same room. He said they plan to wait until marriage to have relations. I told him it was wrong to share the room anyway. What can I do to convince him that he’s wrong?
 
Refer him to the post linked below. Even though your son and his fiancee plan to sleep in separate beds, there is still the same problem with a weakening of boundaries. There is also the problem that, in sharing the same bedroom, your son and his fiancee will compromise the standards of modesty to be expected of an unmarried couple.
